Bookings & Reservations #

You can book online via our website / WhatsApp, or by calling our 24/7 support line. Simply enter your pickup location and arrival terminal. We recommend booking in advance, especially during peak hours, to ensure availability.

While we do accept on-demand requests depending on vehicle availability, we highly recommend pre-booking at least 3-4 hours in advance to guarantee your ride and avoid wait times.

Fares & Pricing #

Fares are calculated based on distance. For Indiranagar, the estimated fare typically ranges between ₹900 and ₹1200 depending on the vehicle type and time of travel. Our rates include highway tolls and airport parking fees.

Yes, our transparent pricing includes highway tolls (like the KIAL toll) and initial airport parking charges. There are no hidden fees beyond the quoted fare.

Unlike app-based aggregators, we offer stable flat rates. While prices may vary slightly during peak night hours (11 PM - 6 AM), we do not implement dynamic surge pricing based on high demand.

Payment Methods #

We accept cash, all major credit/debit cards, UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), and mobile wallets. Payment is typically made only after the trip is completed.

Yes, all our fares are inclusive of 5% GST. We can provide a detailed GST invoice for corporate expense claims upon request.

Cancellations & Refunds #

Cancellations made more than 3 hours before the scheduled pickup time incur no charge. You can cancel via the booking portal, WhatsApp, or by calling our support.

If your flight is canceled, we offer a full refund for any prepaid amounts. For delays, we track your flight and automatically adjust the pickup time at no extra cost.

Flight Delays/No-Shows #

We monitor flight arrival times in real-time. If your flight is delayed, your driver will be notified and will wait for you at the arrival hall based on the actual landing time.

Meet & Greet #

Your driver will meet you at the designated 'Arrivals' pickup point with a paging board displaying your name. You will also receive the driver's details and vehicle number via SMS/WhatsApp before arrival.

Luggage & Baggage #

Our standard sedans can accommodate up to 3 medium-sized suitcases. If you have extra-large items or excessive baggage (over 120kg), please inform us at the time of booking so we can assign an SUV or Tempo Traveller.

Vehicle Types & Capacity #

We offer a variety of vehicles including Hatchbacks (Indica/WagonR), Sedans (Dzire/Etios), SUVs (Innova/Ertiga), and Tempo Travellers for larger groups. All vehicles are air-conditioned and well-maintained.

Child Seats #

Yes, child booster seats are available upon request for a small additional fee. Please specify this requirement during the booking process.

Accessibility & Assistance #

We can arrange wheelchair-friendly vehicles with notice. Our drivers are also trained to provide assistance to passengers with mobility needs.

Driver Background & ID #

All our drivers undergo rigorous background checks and police verification. They are licensed by the Karnataka RTO and are trained in professional etiquette and passenger safety.

Safety & COVID Protocols #

Yes, we follow strict hygiene protocols. Vehicles are disinfected after every ride, and drivers are required to wear masks and maintain high standards of cleanliness.

GST & Invoicing #

Absolutely. You can request a GST invoice at the end of your trip, which will be sent to your registered email address. This is ideal for business travelers and corporate claims.

Lost & Found #

Please contact our 24/7 customer support immediately. We maintain a lost and found log and will coordinate with the driver to return your items as quickly as possible.

Service Areas #

Yes, we provide services to all areas of Bangalore including Whitefield, Electronic City, Koramangala, Manyata Tech Park, and beyond. We also offer outstation trips starting from the airport.

Pet Policy #

Small pets in carriers are allowed in certain vehicle types. Please mention your pet when booking so we can assign a pet-friendly driver and vehicle.

Multilingual Support #

Most of our drivers are multilingual and can communicate in Kannada, Hindi, and basic English to ensure a smooth journey for travelers from across India and abroad.
